Today I spent the day making MOST of my Holiday cookie dough. So far, I have the Russian Tea cakes, rugalach, sables, Mexican Chocolate Cherry Rounds, Chocolate Orange Stripers, and Sugar Cookies DONE!!! I'll be baking off half the dough tomorrow so I can start giving it all away this weekend. 
I couldn't decide what flavor to make my rugalach, so I will be making a bunch: apricot nut, strawberry, raspberry chocolate, cherry, orange and cinnamon nut.
