Ten in 2010: 1/12 Food/ Exercise Log

7 a.m. - 1 cup multigrain Cherios/ 1/2 cup fat-free milk/ 1/2 cup blueberries/ 1 boiled egg

8:30 a.m. - coffee/ water/ multi-vitamin/ 1 D Vitamin

10 a.m. - Pilates (50 minutes)

11 a.m. - water

11:30 a.m. - handful nuts & goji berries

12:30 p.m. - lentils and swiss chard

2:30 p.m. - handful of blueberries/ water

3 p.m. - handful Terra Sweet Potato chips/ water

Dinner: Rib Eye Steak/ Spinach Salad with pear & avocado/ Purple Potato Salad/ Cuba Libre
