Ten in 2010: 1/13 Food/ Exercise Log

7 a.m. - 2 fried eggs/ whole grain toast/ decaf. green tea/ water
8:15 a.m. - ZUMBA
11 a.m. - spinach salad/ 1 oz. steak/ water
12:15 p.m. - WALKED a mile around the park on my husband's lunch break
2 p.m. - handful each of blueberries and nuts
3:45 p.m. - sugarless Red Vines/ water
Dinner: Broiled Salmon with lentils/ gin & tonic/ 1-bite brownie/ water
