B: Arroz Caldo/ coffee with a little eggnog
S: (1-water)/handful of berries/1.4 oz Kashi Heart to Heart cereal (without milk)
Side note about Kashi cereal. It's not bad. I have to admit, it looks like dog food, but with 5 grams of fiber, who cares!?
L: Goat Cheese and Couscous salad/ chicken/ pepermint ice cream (1-water)
I shouldn't have had ice cream...ugh.
S:1 square of chocolate/(1-water)
D: champagne/oysters/crab/a little pasta/(1-water)
