I have to say, these super fast to make cookies make a nice gift in a hurry!
Must Use Silpat!!! These didn't peel away from parchment very well.
The verdict is still out on this cookie. My husband is not a big fan. If I ever have a late night sweet craving, I'll probably make these again.
