My constant battle...weigh loss. Well, it might be easier this time since my husband is trying to lose weight too. Skipped the gym today, but go a good run in this weekend.
Breakfast: Iced latte - I know, that's it. I will try harder tomorrow.
Lunch: Salad with 3 prawns, 2 cups mixed greens, 2 T balsamic vinaigrette, 1 T parmesan, mushrooms, cucumbers, grape tomatoes
Diet Coke
Dinner: 1 cup "leftover" lamb & lentil stew, (1) corn tortilla, (1) slice Pepper Jack, (1) sugarfree jello cup, (1) red bean mochi ice cream
Water: (2) 16 oz. glasses
Exercise: none
