I must admit, I am still paranoid of Phase II. I did not eat any fruit or "carb" stuff today. Sadly, I avoided healthy carbs and scrounged around and ate poorly. At least I made it to the gym.
Workout:
30 minutes Eliptical and 15 minutes Row
(B) fried egg/ "leftover" beef tostada/ water
(S) cashews/ sugarfree hard candy
(L) "leftover" beef taco without taco shell/ water
(S) sugarfree popcicle
(D) steak/ cauliflower/ water/ sugarfree creamcicle
